Message dated November 13 was read stating the Governor read the                                                                
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 Urging the Alaska                                                                             
          division of motor vehicles to advocate for                                                                            
          discontinued use of social security numbers as a
